Not happy with the order you received?

Please note you need to let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We can unfortunately not do a refund after 7 days. In the email describe exactly what you are not happy with, and provide us with your order number, contact details as well as photos of the product/s you are not happy with.
If Canvas and Sign is at fault, we will endeavor to send you a replacement within 72 hours, depending on how busy we are at the time.
If you are still not 100% satisfied with the replacement and have a valid reason, we will process a refund. To enable a refund we will request a confirmation letter of your banking details via email, which you can obtain from online banking/your bank. Refund payments are processed within 7 days, and are subject to management’s final approval.
Cancellation of order?
Let us know why you would like to cancel an order. A refund or gift card will be subject to management’s approval. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of order and no fees are payable on it. The following cancellation fees are payable on request for a refund: Payment method (eg.Payfast/Yoco/Netcash, etc) reversal fee on total order PLUS R50 admin fee. A refund will be done to the account where payment/s originated from, except foreing cards/accounts. To enable a refund we can request a confirmation letter of your banking details (not older than 3 months), which you can obtain from online banking/your bank.
Once approved, payfast reversals/refunds generally take about 2-4 business days to reflect in your account.
No refunds will be done after 7 days of purchase.
No refunds will be done for low quality images provided. Instead a gift card will be issued which have to be used within 12 months from date of order.
Color variances will not be a reason for refund. Please note that image/artwork colours may look different on a printed product than what you see on your phone or computer monitor. Various factors influence the final appearance of colours on a printed product, regardless of calibrated monitors and colour profiles. For this reason colour accuracy can't be achieved 100%.
