How long will my order take?

Manufacturing: Turnaround times varies from 3 - 7 working days. *tc

                         High volume seasons (eg. Black Friday, Christmas etc), might take slightly longer depending on the current workload.

Courier:  Gauteng - usually delivers the following business day, but can take up to 3 business days. 

               Other areas - 3 + days depening on the location. 

Urgent / Priority Orders?

Urgent orders are flagged as priority only once clearly communicated to our office (by means of E-mail (sales@canvasandsign.co.za), Telephone or WhatsApp (065 516 3475)).  Orders for funerals will be flagged as highest priority.  Turnaround time varies from sameday to 5 business days. *tc

Can I change my order after payment was done?

Once off changes will be accommodated before printing of orders.  No change can be done after orders were signed off by you for printing. Changing of orders impose a reasonable charge for the cancellation of an order, transactional fee reversals/re-calculation, adminatrative fees or any charge to be covered as a result of the change.  A minimum of 10% (with a minimum charge R50) of total order will be payable.  Three to seven working days to be allowed from date of request of change.  Requests for changes to be emailed to sales@canvasandsign.co.za or WhatsApp 065 602 6720. 

Can I split my order? 

Orders are not allowed to be split.  Rather place separate orders.

One order can not be send to different addresses.  Rather place each address' order separately.

Can I add text on my canvas?

Yes, you are welcome to send us the required text.

Can I add more than one image on a canvas?

Yes we do offer collages.  Keep in mind the size of canvas you would like.  Do not add to many images to a small canvas.  We offer this service at a rate of minimum R80 or R10 per image.  Request a quote at sales@canvasandsign.co.za

Will you be able to edit my photo?

Basic editing is done on request only.  

- Grayscale / Black & White 

- Sepia

Can you print cellphone images or social media images on a canvas?

Yes, we can if this is all you have, BUT, take note that cellphone & social media images are not good printing quality, especially on larger formats.  If you have the original image taken with a camera, rather send it to us.

We always guarantee our product, but can not be held responsible for poor quality images provided.   

How do I care for my canvas?

The canvases are durable. You can dust your canvases with a soft, dry cloth.  Be cautious not to use any cloth with sharp / hard edges as it will scratch / damage your canvas.  Under no circumstances should you use chemicals on your canvas!

Canvases are intended for indoor use only.  Do not hang in direct sunlight.  We do not recommend that canvas be hang outdoors!

Can I take my canvas overseas?

Yes you can, but familiarise yourself with the specific country's policy regarding wood, etc.  Most of our overseas orders are not framed, but just flat canvases.  You can always arrange for framing abroad.  

Do you ship overseas?

No, unfortunately not at this stage.

Can I become a Reseller?

Yes, we welcome all resellers.  Email us on sales@canvasandsign.co.za for more information on our Resellers pricing and Tc's.

How much is Courier Fees?

Courier fees are determined on checkout at payment and is calculated on parcel volumetrics and location.

What courier do you use?

The Courier Guy.  

Can I send my own courier?

Yes, you are welcome to use your own courier.  Kindly send us the waybill from your courier to stick onto your parcel.
